Kj. Dar et Me. Mcbrien, MDMA INDUCED HYPERTHERMIA - REPORT OF A FATALITY AND REVIEW OF CURRENT THERAPY, Intensive care medicine, 22(9), 1996, pp. 995-996
Ingestion of 3,4-methylene dioxymethamphetamine (MDMA), commonly known
as ''Ecstasy'', can produce toxicity that is characterised by hyperth

ality associated with MDMA ingestion and briefly review the current li
terature on MDMA-induced hyperthermia.
