M. Bodyszalai et P. Fodor, THE INFLUENCE OF SAMPLE PREPARATION ON TH E ICP-AES DETERMINATION OF METAL CONCENTRATIONS IN WINE SAMPLES, Magyar kemiai folyoirat, 102(9), 1996, pp. 411-419
A simultaneous multielement determination method (ICP-AES) was used fo
r the analysis of wine samples. Because of the difficult matrix of the
wine samples different sample preparation methods were compared: acid
digestion in PFTE wessel under pressure and using microwave energy, e
vaporation of the alcohol content using IR lamp and microwave oven, di
lution of the samples. The results of ICP-AES measurements were evalua
ted using F and T statistical methods. The recoveries for different sa
mple preparation methods were measured after standard addition of all
measured elements. The critical comparison of methods revealed differe
nces between the sample preparation methods from the point of view of
precision, reproducibility, accuracy and fastness.
