Abstract
We describe the preparation of a new head group 8 for use in amino aci d synthesis, and its application in the formation of a series of diast ereomerically pure (in all but one case), N-deprotected, alpha-tricarb onyl(cyclohexadiene)iron(0)-amino acids.
