Abstract
N-Diphenylphosphinyl 3-ethenyl-2-phenylazindine (1) and nylphosphinyl- 3-ethenyl-2-(4-bromophneyl)aziridine (2) are prepared by reaction of a lpha-bromo allyllithium with N-diphenylphosphinyl aldimines in the pre sence of zinc chloride. (1) and (2) undergo efficient S(N)2' ring-open ing reaction with several nucleophiles.
