Abstract
Based oil experience with functional endoscopic sinus surgery in over 200 children, we suggest that technical considerations modify, the app roach in the pediatric patient. We present details of our surgical app roach with emphasis on modifying the uncinectomy. We believe our modif ications reduce the incidence of recurrent disease.
