Abstract
The first example of the preparation of enantiomerically pure 1,1-bi-2 -naphthol via cyclic berate ester was described. Both enantiomers were obtained with about 80% yield and 100% ee. Copyright (C) 1996 Publish ed by Elsevier Science Ltd
