A woman noted vesicles and papules on her left upper extremity fifteen
years after she underwent mastectomy and received radiation treatment
for left breast carcinoma. The vesicles showed clinical and pathologi
c features of acquired lymphangiectasis. The skin lesions were success
fully treated with shave excision followed by electrodesiccation and s
equential peristaltic compressions mice daily.
