AUTOCALIBRATION OF ELECTROPHORESIS CAPILL ARIES FOR A MIXTURE OF OLIGONUCLEOTIDES

The calibration of the electrophoresis capillaries for oligomers needs several well known molecular weight oligomers which are not always av ailable. We propose an autocalibration adapted for oligonucleotides, b ased on enzymatic polymerization of the nucleoside triphosphates, each electropherogram peak of the reactive mixture being attributed to a m olecular weight, independently of the polymerase activity.
