Abstract
We report two new photoelectric times of minimum for the eclipsing bin ary IT Cas (P=3.89665 days, e=0.08, V=11.2 mag, F6V+F6V). Using all pr ecise timings found in the literature, the O-C diagram is analyzed and new values for the elements of the apsidal motion and the internal-st ructure constant are computed. We have found a period of apsidal motio n U=404+/-63 years and the value of internal-structure constant k(2)=0 .0440+/-0.0106. The secondary star of IT Cas has been identified as a delta Scuti star.
