URBAN MAP TAG - AN ELEMENTARY GEOGRAPHY GAME

This is a game for the grade three and up elementary level. It is desi gned to review and reinforce elementary map and compass skills and hel p children to use maps to plot routes to specific locations in urban a reas. The game is based on a tag procedure and can be used with almost any large-scale street map. The game is appropriate for social studie s units on neighborhoods, communities, and cities and may be used for free time recreation.
