Abstract
In most cases, perirenal urinomas are observed in patients with poster ior urethral valves, presumably at the side of vesicorenal reflux. We report a boy who presented with ascites, edema and unilateral perirena l urine extravasation immediately after birth. Serum creatinine increa sed within the first 15 hours of life. After suprapubic cystostomy the urinoma completely resolved and serum creatinine normalized.
