Abstract
A Case Report: Benign mesothelial tumors of the urinary bladder are ra re. Of these, leiomyomas are the most common, benign mesenchymal tumor s. We present the case of a 33 year old woman, presenting with intermi ttent microhaematuria. A leiomyoma of 0.5 cm in diameter was discovere d at cystoscopy, this being one of the smallest leiomyomas every repor ted.
