Abstract
The postoperative finding of gallbladder cancer after laparoscopic cho lecystectomy is unavoidable. Because of the special technique, tumor d issemination with serious consequences is seen more frequently than af ter open cholecystectomy. For prevention, the general use of saving ba gs and a reduced indication in cases of advanced inflammation and high -risk groups is discussed.
