STUDIES ON THE SK-ALPHA X-RAY-FLUORESCENC E SPECTROSCOPY

The SKalpha X-ray spectra of various state sulphur-containing compound s were measured on RIGAKU 3070 X-ray Spectrometer (with double Ge crys tals). Peak positions, asymmetry factors, RWHMs, LWHMs, chemical shift s and net charges on sulphur atom were obtained after data: treatment. The relationships between chemical shifts and valences of sulphur, O/ S (atom number ratio) of sulphur oxy-anions were analyzed by the linea r regression. Good linearity was revealed and these results were discu ssed. Correlation coefficients and equations were also presented.
