Abstract
A quantum theory model is suggested in which non-Markovian processes p lay an important part. It is assumed that any quantum abject is formed of local nuclei, or carriers of particle properties, and a nonlocal w ave field-the memory carrier. Within the framework of this model, the solution of the problem of quantum measurements is presented. The Eins tein-Podolsky-Rosen paradox and the Bell inequality are also considere d.
