Abstract
The levels of folic acid have been determined by radioimmunological me thod in the plasma and in the red blood cells of normal subjects and c olorectal cancer patients. A decrease was evident both in the plasma a nd erythrocytes of cancer patients. The possible reasons and applicati ons of this observation are discussed.
