Abstract
The one-incision surgical technique using autogenous hamstring tendons with Endobutton (Acufex Microsurgical Inc, Mansfield, MA) femoral end fixation for posterior cruciate ligament reconstruction is described. This technique avoids a second incision on the femoral side, and is a daptable to various graft materials (autogenous or allogeneic bone-pat ellar tendon-bone, hamstring or Achilles tendon).
