Abstract
The process of steady-state shaping of products by downward withdrawal from a melt through a tundish nozzle is considered. The theoretical a nalysis is based on the analytical solution of stationary Navier-Stoke s equations under conditions of meniscus ''catching'' at the bottom ed ge of tundish nozzle.
