Abstract
A sensor based on a two-mode transmission line for measuring the permi ttivity of a medium in closed systems is considered. Because of the di fferent spatial structures (topologies) of the waves, a phase method o f measuring the relative permittivity of the medium is obtained. A blo ck diagram of the measuring system with the sensor is described.
