Abstract
The characteristics of track chambers based on round 60 mm diameter dr ift tubes with four wire field shaping electrodes, using a 88% Ar + 12 8 CO2 gas mixture at atmospheric pressure, are described. These track chambers are planned to be used at the Serpukhov accelerator.
