Abstract
The test results of vacuum phototriodes (VPT) and PMT with microchanne l plates (MCPT) are described. About 3000 VPTs now operate successfull y in the BINP collider detector. Some recent results on MCPT are prese nted, in particular tube counting rate capability and the effect of a thin A1 film on tube noise, The first measurements of the hybrid PMT w ith a silicon diode were performed.
