Abstract
The electronics of the endcap calorimeter of the CMD-2 detector is des cribed. The calorimeter consists of 680 channels. The signals from the calorimeter are used both for energy deposition measurements acid for triggering. The electronics is completely installed and tested. The p roject parameters have been obtained.
