Abstract
Condition of quantification of total polyethylene glycols content as i mpurities in ethoxylated alcohols were selected on the basis of litera ture data and the authors own findings. The results obtained were anal yzed statistically and the calibration curve equation was estimated fo r polyethylene glycols with molecular weights within range of 194 to 6 00. Such an approach greatly simplifies the analysis because the deter mination of average polyaddition degrees of PEG is not required.
