Abstract
Lipid peroxidation and blood rheology were assessed in the course of t reatment with antioxidant histochrome and placebo of 66 unstable angin a pectoris (UAP) patients. Histochrome has a high antioxidant activity and effectively inhibits accumulation of lipoperoxides in plasm and r ed cells of UAP patients, promotes stabilization of blood cell functio n and structures, reduces red cell and platelet aggregation.
