Ld. Sidorova et al., THE STATE OF CENTRAL HEMODYNAMICS AND COR RECTION OF ARRHYTHMIA IN CORONARY PATIENTS AT THE STAGE OF REHABILITATION, Terapevticeskij arhiv, 68(8), 1996, pp. 15-19
Life expectancy and quality of sanatorium rehabilitation for patients
with macrofocal myocardial lesions vary in line with severity of cardi
ac arrhythmia and left ventricular dysfunction. 24-h monitoring reveal
ed defects in cardiac rhythm and conduction in 44.2% of cases. 42% and
36% of patients had ventricular extrasystole and high-grade Lown-Wolf
ectopy, respectively. Supraventricular extrasystole occurred in 7.7%,
combined extrasystole in 40% of cases. As to hemodynamics type, hypok
inetic, hyperkinetic and eukinetic central hemodynamics were recorded
in 63.0%, 5.2%, 31.8% of cases, respectively. Combinations of antiarrh
ythmic drugs (kilintin+obsidan, cordaron+disopiramide, cordaron+kinile
ntin, kinilentin+verapamil) were selected with consideration of the ba
seline type of central hemodynamics. Combined chemotherapy was more ef
fective against different kinds of arrhythmia.
