Abstract
A numerical simulation is reported of a one-pass system for suppressio n of dynamic distortions, which is based on four-wave mixing of optica l fields in photorefractive crystals. A study is made of the reaction of such a system to various types of noise and it is shown that the sy stem efficiency can be enhanced significantly by mixing an additional coherent field to a distorted signal.
