A NEW METHOD AND EQUIPMENT FOR CONTROLLING THE ELECTRICAL-PROPERTIES OF POWDER-BASED QUASIDIELECTRIC STRUCTURES

The paper describes a method and equipment for controlling the conduct ive characteristics of powder materials used for applying coatings wit h the help of a strong electric field. The method improves on existing techniques in that it is possible to take measurements of the conditi ons in order to ensure optimum manufacture. Using this method, the sta tistical error of experiment while working with synthetic nap is much lower than when using the existing method. The quantity of material st udied in one sample is two hundred times smaller. Copyright (C) 1996 E lsevier Science Ltd.
