Abstract
Crystals of the Tl2xIn2(1-x)Se-2 family (for x = 0.1, 0.2,..., 0.9, 1. 0) were grown and their energy gap was studied in the intrinsic region of the corresponding ln sigma-1000/T characteristics. The energy gap, the intrinsic conductivity and the band discontinuity were found to d epend on the Tl-content x, obeying Kurnakov's rule.
