Abstract
Focal dermal hypoplasia is a rare, developmental syndrome, inherited a s an X-linked disorder. Our report deals with a family which had 7 aff ected females in three generations. We provide a detailed, clinical de scription and a cytogenetic analysis of two related women who are affe cted by focal dermal hypoplasia.
