Abstract
A 13-year-old girl with primary right humerus osteosarcoma metastatic to the heart is here reported. Patient had clinical symptoms of vena c ava superior obstruction and the tumor was detected by computerized ax ial tomography (CT). She died of progressive disease despite having un dergone surgical therapy, chemotherapy and radiotherapy.
