GENERAL CUTANEOUS REACTIONS FOLLOWING RADIOTHERAPY

In this report Authors describe a case of general cutaneous reactions (urticaria-like eruptions) in one patient who underwent radiotherapy. Cutaneous reactions appeared a few hours after radiotherapy, with a di rect dependence from daily dose. This case, with an interesting etiopa thogenetic profile, shows the possible cutaneous reactions strictly re lated to single fraction dose. For a correct planning and personalizat ion of radiotherapy, an accurate anamnesis of patient in relation to p revious allergic events proves therefore necessary.
