Abstract
Thin films of uncoated bisphenol-A-polycarbonate (PC) were progressive ly crystallized in a controllable manner under the action of butyl ace tate. The PC sample was imaged using AFM in both the contact and tappi ng modes throughout the crystallization process. Data regarding the gr owth process for spherulites in addition to high resolution morphology studies were achieved.
