The Curie temperatures (T-c) of metastable nanophases have been invest
igated in partially crystallized Fe73.5Cu1Nb3Si13.5B9, and Fe86Zr7Cu1B
6 nanostructured soft magnetic alloys as a function of annealing tempe
rature and time, It is shown that for both materials a supersaturated
phase is formed which transforms only at the second stage of crystalli
zation by dissolution of the solute elements monitored by the steep in
crease of T-c.
