Abstract
The sonographic estimate of amniotic fluid volume from 7 to 13 weeks o f gestation in 95 pregnancies was calculated. Amniotic fluid volume in creased from 1.5 mi at 7 weeks to 25 mi at 10 weeks and 100 mi at 13 w eeks. The nomograms constructed may be used in the objective evaluatio n of the fetal condition in the first trimester.
