Experimental liquid-vapor equilibrium data obtained at 101.32 kPa in a
recirculation still are presented for three binary systems containing
morpholine (tetrahydro-1,4-oxazine) in mixtures with methanol, water,
toluene respectively and compared with available literature data. In
this order, thermodynamic analysis was carried out using the method gi
ven by Kollar-Hunek et al. (1986) on all available and own data; therm
odynamically consistent data were reduced to the parameters in the equ
ations given by Wilson (1964), Renon and Prausnitz (NRTL, 1968) respec
tively by Gothard (1985) using the version of the maximum likelihood p
rocedure given by Panaitescu (1982) including statistical analysis and
computation of the parameters of the confidence ellipses.
