Yv. Pleskov et al., THE SYNTHETIC SEMICONDUCTOR DIAMOND ELECTRODES - A PHOTOELECTROCHEMICAL STUDY UNDER LASER ILLUMINATION, Russian journal of electrochemistry, 32(10), 1996, pp. 1075-1079
Photoelectrochemical transients induced by nanosecond laser pulses are
studied in thin-film diamond electrodes prepared by chemical vapor de
position. The photopotential decay curves are described using a simple
electrical equivalent circuit. Components of this circuit, determined
from the decay curves, are close to those measured by the rectangular
current pulse technique.
