Multicultural organizational development (MOD) has been posited as a u
seful model for facilitating comprehensive long-term change for divisi
ons of student affairs committed to transforming themselves into multi
cultural organizations. Based on the principles of MOD, the Multicultu
ral Organizational Development Checklist for Student Affairs is a prag
matic and systemic guide for student affairs practitioners. The checkl
ist includes 58 items, embedded within 11 categories. The checklist it
self and suggestions for implementation are provided.
