Abstract
Monte Carlo simulations of the critical region of the restricted primi tive model are reported. Using mixed-field finite size scaling analysi s we show that the critical behavior is compatible with Ising-like beh avior. The critical temperature is estimated to be 0.0487 +/- 0.0001 a nd the critical density 0.065 +/- 0.002.
