Abstract
Dietary modification is an important component of conservative medical management of renal failure in cats. Dietary factors have been implic ated or hypothesized to promote clinical signs of uremia and progressi ve renal injury. This article presents guidelines for selecting and fo rmulating diets for cats with chronic renal failure.
