Abstract
An enzyme immunoassay system has been developed for the detection of E bola virus antigen. It permits a highly accurate and sensitive rapid d etection of the antigen. Optimal dilutions of specific immunoglobulin (1:500, corresponding to protein concentration of 50 mu g/ml) and conj ugate were found. The resolving capacity of the new test system is 1.9 x 10(-7) g protein.
