Abstract
Sacrospinous ligament colpopexy continues to be underutilized because of its technical difficulty. The Endo Stitch, a new laparoscopic sutur ing instrument, was used as a surgical adjunct in the performance of s acrospinous ligament colpopexy in nine patients with vaginal vault pro lapse after hysterectomy. The procedures were performed with surprisin g technical ease.
