Abstract
-O-Palmitoleyl-3-O-beta-D-galactopyranosylglycerol was isolated from t he marine alga Oscillatoria rosea. It caused a concentration-dependent inhibition of platelet aggregation induced by U46619. Its structure w as elucidated by spectroscopic analysis and chemical evidence.
