A new method for computation of perturbations in motion of satellites
with large eccentricities is described. On the basis of this method th
e expansion of satellite disturbing function is obtained in the form o
f fastly iii converging trigonometric series. Possibilities to integra
te analytically the Lagrange perturbing equations with such an expansi
on of disturbing function in the linear approximation are shown. It al
lows us to compute the perturbations of the first order in the satelli
te motion both from oblateness of the primary body and from external b
