Abstract
Three new triterpenoid saponins, named picfeltaarraenins III (1), IV ( 2), and V (3), together with the known compounds picfeltarraenins IA, IB (4), and II, were isolated from whole plants of Picria fel-terrae. The structures of 1-3 were elucidated on the basis of chemical and spe ctral methods.
