Abstract
The affinity of two compounds, closely related to 1,4-dihydropyridines , was determined in competition binding experiments using canine cereb ral cortex membranes and [H-3]nitrendipine as a radioligand. Some aspe cts of structure-affinity relationships are discussed in relation to e xisting models of the dihydropyridine binding site.
