Abstract
It not only proves that the parameter set where the small divisor cond itions hold is nonempty, but also gives the estimate of its measure. S ince this is a Cantorian set, the derivatives with respect to paramete r in both papers are in the sense of Whitney. So, some results about t he derivatives are listed in the sense of Whitney.
