Abstract
The electrocatalytic oxidation of NADH was evaluated from cyclic volta mmetry with heterocyclic quinones dissolved in a water solution. The p rocess of oxidation is not sensitive to the nature of the electrode su rface and takes place on platinum, glassy carbon or carbon electrodes. NADH and glucose sensors constructed were investigated and operated a t 0 mV vs. Ag/AgCl (in saturated KCl) using single potential step chro noamperometry. (C) 1996 Elsevier Science Limited
