Abstract
We report a case of melanotic neuroectodermal tumor that originated in the right epididymis of a 4-month-old Japanese male and review report s of similar cases. Since we could not exclude malignant disease preop eratively, we performed a radical orchiectomy. Histopathological and i mmunohistochemical studies revealed features characteristic of a melan otic neuroectodermal tumor. Imaging studies showed no distant metastas es.
