Abstract
Polymorphisms were identified in the porcine cholecystokinin (CCK) gen e Ey digestion of products from polymerase chain reaction (PCR) with t he restriction enzyme DpnII. Individuals from the European pig gene ma pping project (PiGMaP) consortium reference families (eight full-sib f amilies, 91 total progeny) were genotype to determine linkage relation ships between the CCK gene and previously mapped loci. Linkage analysi s revealed that the CCK gene is located on porcine chromosome 13.
