Abstract
The pyrosol spraying deposition technique has been used for the synthe sis of SnO2, SnO2(CuO) and SnO2(NiO) polycrystalline films. The growth kinetics, composition, microstructure and electrical properties of th e films have been investigated and correlated with the deposition cond itions. Copper and nickel introduction results in a significant increa se in the him resistance. Copyright (C) 1996 Elsevier Science S.A.
